New Producer Spotlight: TOP SEEDZ
Rebecca Brady, a mom of 3 in Buffalo, NY started TOP SEEDZ in 2017 as a way to share her love for homemade seed crackers with the world. As an athlete, she appreciates the nutritional benefits that seeds can offer, such as protein, fiber, iron and a number of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. TOP SEEDZ products are not only certified organic, gluten-free, vegan, and kosher, but they are also hand-made! Feel free to ask us for a sample.

Spring Food Classes for Community Learning
Edinboro Market is a nonprofit business with a mission to inform and educate, while also building a more robust regional food system. We are excited to announce that food classes are resuming this spring! We’ve listed potential topics on the white board in the Market and are asking customers to vote on which topics interest them. So far, Easy Homemade Pasta, Fermentation for Beginners and Intro to Dehydrating classes are the top three choices. Stop in this week to vote or share ideas on food related things you’d like to learn more about. Quick thank you to the Erie County Department of Health for supporting these classes. 🙂
